While I was cleaning the house, I decided to put on some Christmas music to make the task more enjoyable. Kobe came up to me with the most worried look on his face and said, "that is the saddest song! She saw her mommy kissing Santa Clause! I think the daddy was asleep, or maybe he was at work."

This is the first year that I actually thought about this song and what it meant. If you were a kid, you wouldn't get the hidden meaning behind it and it wouldn't be funny, just disturbing. Why didn't I question it as a kid? Why is the lady a slut mom? Why are we singing about it?
